THE BRIEF

Following a successful delivery of the Auckland School bundle, Form has again partnered with ASC Architects and BGT Structures on this Design & Build project for the Ministry of Education. The brief was to execute early design based on a previous model and construct a new 550 student Primary School to replace the current Brookfield Primary School.

THE BUILD

Te Kura O Manunui (Brookfield Primary School) project comprises of three buildings including a hall and administration block and two classroom blocks. Initial civil works are underway to prepare the building platforms for foundations and structural steel.

THE OUTCOMES

This project has a fixed programme to ensure completion by school year beginning January 2024. Form are utilising their relationships with the local supply chain and knowledge of our previous project delivery to achieve efficiencies and savings both financially and in the programme.
