Having worked across a wide variety of projects procured in a number of different ways, we are happy to meet and discuss the best procurement option for your project.

P&G + Margin

Transparency builds trust and accountability. By offering a P&G + Margin procurement option we offer our clients complete access through an open book process. Similar to Early Contractor Involvement we work with you throughout the design process and we tender trades and present in an open book fashion. Our P&G value and Margin percentage are both fixed.

Early Contractor Involvement

Efficient, cost effective and collaborative, the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process puts the project team of client, consultants and contractors together from the get go. Having Form on board early means that we can assist with setting and managing the budget while also contributing to the design for better value and constructability. Ultimately we bring the best value for money to your build.

Traditional Lump Sum

Adding value from conception to completion underpins the very fabric of the Form approach. The strength of our relationships with our supply chain brings dependability, efficiency and excellence to our projects. Most importantly we also deliver highly competitive pricing and proposals which, by definition, means client certainty on delivery. That’s the Form way!

Lump Sum Design and Build

Integrating and entrusting the design and construction elements to a highly capable team at Form means, quite simply, a better outcome for our clients. From an early stage of design we prepare a robust budget estimate or a lump sum proposal. Providing our clients with a single lump sum price allows for certainty on the feasibility of the project and ensures our clients can plan with clarity and assurance. The no-surprises accuracy of the lump sum design and build process, when a project is well defined and significant changes unlikely, ensures real peace of mind for our clients.
