THE BRIEF

A Design & Build engagement between Form and NZ Rubber. The client wished to construct a national distribution centre for the their import and wholesale business. The building was to have a high specification and modern exterior facade.

THE BUILD

A large functional warehouse space to accommodate importing and distribution operations. An open mezzanine area was designed to initially be used for storage but additionally intended to future proof for company growth if further office space is required. The build included a full office fitout.

The building envelope encompassed 1,600m2 of both warehouse storage and distribution facility. The exterior shell was constructed using precast panels and iron. A higher specification was detailed for the front façade, featuring full height joinery and modern cedar cladding.

THE OUTCOMES

The project was completed in a timely manner to a high standard. The client is highly satisfied with the end results, particularly loving the functionality and aesthetics of the warehouse and office space.
