THE BRIEF

Form, in another collaboration with Austin Management, are to complete a quality development of two bedroom terraced houses to keep the highly sought after area of Botany’s Huntington Park abreast of the multi million dollar makeover happening to Botany Town Centre.

THE BUILD

Huntington Estate’s terraced houses have a contemporary architectural style featuring a mix of vertical and horizontal weatherboard and raked rooflines. All units have a generous open plan living on the ground floor with an U-shaped kitchen with breakfast bar. The living area opens onto a large private court, many of which have views across the adjacent reserve.

THE OUTCOMES

Construction is due to complete in October 2020 in line with the construction programme and within budget. Form strive to make every project experience as seamless as possible for our Clients. We are currently working on a separate residential build with Austin Management in Epsom; delivering the same high quality outcomes.
