THE BRIEF

The client’s brief was to replace the 1980’s style building with a fresh, modern single-storey retail/commercial space.

THE BUILD

The new building delivers First Credit Union’s intended offering of a fresh and welcoming physical and virtual space. The office respectfully accommodates member and staff requirements alike, deepening the relationship First Credit Union has across the current and potential membership group.

The high quality build encompasses 400m2 of shop frontage flowing into a modular style of full height glazed meeting and office rooms. The space is illuminated by strip lighting and natural timber is featured throughout. A raised pitched bulk head ceiling adds to the design by imparting a sense of an open welcoming space. The back of house accommodates a standard office specification space for processing/lending and a call centre.

THE OUTCOMES

The client was extremely happy with the outcome of this project in meeting their expectations to undertake the first refresh of their branches which will eventually provide consistency of experience with a fresh modern look.
