THE BRIEF

The client planned to construct industrial units on two adjacent lots along Rakiraki Way, Tauriko. The intention was to lease the units prior to the completion of works.

THE BUILD

All units were constructed of similar materials. Dimond Roofing products were used for the roof and external cladding. Aluminium joinery was used throughout and roller doors were of a powdercoated metal.

Our design team played a large part in putting together a number of revisions, working on both sets of plans to develop a cost effective solution for the client.

As building works progressed, a number of tenants were engaged by the client. This allowed fitouts to be completed specifically for the tenants.

Tony’s Tyre Service were one such tenant with substantial fitout requirements, which were accommodated in the build.

THE OUTCOMES

Following a slow start to project design, the Form project team constructed the buildings in a timely manner. We were able to provide support and advice to the tenants and accommodate their specific requirements.

An excellent outcome, through fantastic teamwork from beginning to end.
