With over 20 years’ experience in construction, Andy knows the industry inside out. His primary focus is on company strategy, leadership and supporting Form’s leadership team and shareholders. Andy maintains a strong philosophy around relationships, whether with the Form team, Form business partners or clients of Form. He firmly believes that if you invest in your people and carefully nurture all business relationships, the rest will take care of itself.

Andy began his career as a carpenter for Eaton Developments. In under ten years he became a fully qualified site project manager, but that wasn’t enough. He purchased Eaton Developments in 2006, merging with Moyle Construction in 2007 to create Form. The growth and reputation of the Company is testament to Andy’s steadfast focus on people first, relationships, capabilities and trust.
