THE BRIEF

Form Building & Developments were contracted via a traditional tender procurement process to complete the construction of a high specification apartment complex comprising of 34 boutique apartments, including 2 luxury penthouses. The project brief includes the relocation of the existing showroom building; piling and retaining to the site boundary; excavation for the construction of basement level carparking.

THE BUILD

Form took possession of the site at the end of April 2019 where initial works began to establish site amenities and the site compound on an adjacent plot to the project. In addition to the site compound, the adjacent plot will also be used as a crane zone, storage and laydown area. Construction is well under way.

THE OUTCOMES

From the outset, Form established a good working relationship with the Engineer to the Contract and have therefore been very responsive with any unforeseen issues that have occured. Quality control is of utmost importance to Form. All subcontractors were vetted via prelet meetings to ensure our practices aligned.
