Form secured the construction of this sophisticated apartment complex through a conventional tendering process. Comprising 34 boutique apartments, including 2 luxurious penthouses, the project involved relocating an existing showroom, piling, retaining and excavation for a basement car park.
Taking control of the site in April 2019, Form initiated preliminary activities, setting up site amenities and a compound on an adjacent plot. This additional space served as a crane zone, storage and laydown area.
Emphasising quality control, Form rigorously vetted subcontractors to ensure alignment with the company’s high standards. Throughout the project Form demonstrated a commitment to excellence and maintained a positive rapport with the Engineer to the Contract, promptly addressing unforeseen issues.
