Form is proud to be leading NZ’s largest remediation project — St Lukes Garden Apartments, spanning 2.9ha, 285 units, and 16 buildings. Stage 1 delivered 124 fully remediated units with seismic upgrades, façade replacements, lift renewals, and more. Now in Stage 2, we’re pushing ahead on additional apartment blocks, tackling complex structural work with our trademark solutions-driven approach. Every block has had its challenges, but our team continues to deliver with precision, collaboration, and care.
