Seeka enlisted Form in a Design & Build agreement to enhance and revamp their fruit facility in Te Puke. The project, a substantial expansion set for construction during the off-peak season, aimed to provide facilities ready for the upcoming kiwifruit season.
Initiating with the removal of existing structures, the project progressed to erecting extensive cool storage and precooling facilities, along with additional loadout and canopy structures. Office space, including a kitchen and staff courtyard, was also incorporated to accommodate the loadout area. The refurbishment extended to re-cladding an existing canopy and constructing a fire water tank to meet fire regulations.
Successfully concluding on schedule, the Seeka Oakside Redevelopment fostered the continuation of a partnership between Form and Seeka on various projects across multiple locations.
