Form successfully undertook this Design & Build project for the Ministry of Education to establish a new primary school in the recently developed suburb of Paerata Rise. This initiative was part of the 2019 School Bundles procurement scheme.
Comprising a hall/admin block and a two-storey classroom block, the project faced challenges including delays due to Covid-19 restrictions coupled with a fixed completion date of January 2021. Form, with adept programming and resource management, overcame setbacks and adhered to the original completion date. Leveraging proximity, Form shared subcontractors with nearby Tamaoho School, optimising efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Successful completion positioned this school as a benchmark design, influencing the construction of Te Kura o Manunui in Brookfield, Tauranga.
