In the coveted Mount Maunganui locale, Form was engaged to build a top-tier industrial development project to create a cutting-edge trade unit complex featuring 10 unit-titled tenancies.
The newly constructed row of industrial trade units encompasses 10 tenancies with 8 boasting a mezzanine floor structure, resulting in an expansive total build footprint of 1,070m². Employing foundations, precast panels and structural steel, the project is enveloped in metal roofing, cladding, and aluminium joinery.
Form successfully realised a versatile, multi-tenanted property, seamlessly integrating workshop, studio, office and warehouse spaces, all adorned with an exceptional ‘industrial chic’ design.
The undertaking achieved timely completion, adhered to the designated budget, and aligned precisely with the design documentation.
