This project entailed constructing a state-of-the-art facility featuring an 11-classroom block, a school hall, staffroom, and related infrastructure. Form undertook civil and landscaping works, and constructed a sky bridge to connect the new building to the existing school.
The innovative structure, initially spanning four storeys with potential to expand to six storeys for future scalability, showcases smart and streamlined design elements.
Despite challenges posed by a confined site, the need for the school to remain operational during construction, and post-design adjustments in response to changes in the Building Code, Form’s site team successfully met contract specifications while prioritising the safety of the school and its occupants.
Through open communication and superior project management, Form realised the vision of the first four-storey building addition to a state primary school, overcoming obstacles and delivering a ground-breaking development.
