In another collaboration with Austin Management, Form undertook the quality development of two-bedroom terraced houses in Huntington Park, Botany. This initiative aimed to align the highly sought-after area with the ongoing multi-million-dollar transformation of Botany Town Centre.
The contemporary architectural design of Huntington Estate’s terraced houses incorporates a blend of vertical and horizontal weatherboard, along with raked rooflines. Featuring an open-plan layout on the ground floor, each unit boasts a u-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area seamlessly connects to a spacious private court, in many cases offering scenic views of the adjacent reserve.
Completed in October 2020, the construction adhered to both the established timeline and budget. Dedicated to providing a smooth project experience for our clients, Form was concurrently engaged in another residential project with Austin Management in Epsom, ensuring the same consistent high-quality outcome.
