Huapai Country Club, a luxurious retirement enclave, comprises 12 multi-level structures each housing three-storey retirement accommodations. Form and Hoppers collaborated through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement, overseeing the project’s initial design and construction phases. The development will unfold in stages, with Form completing the construction of stage M1, whilst other contractors erected scattered villas across the site.
The M1 building stands as a pinnacle, offering four-storey retirement residences with ground-floor amenities, second and third-floor apartment living, basement car parking, and shared facilities such as a pool, gym, and a lawn bowls pitch. Form’s contribution extended beyond construction, providing over $500,000 in cost savings through value engineering, optimising balcony balustrades, carpeting, tiling, window suites, and the swimming pool. The project exemplifies excellence, achieving the highest standards in quality, adhering to both schedule and budget constraints.
