This two-storey office development for Fulton Hogan is strategically located on a previously vacant lot within their yard, necessitating demolition of their existing office and civil work to establish vehicle access.
Form led the design team through a five month design phase focusing on methodology, buildability, cost planning, health & safety, availability of materials, and ensuring that the design met our clients brief.
This modern commercial building, designed for Fulton Hogan’s long-term occupancy, features structural steel, rough-sawn finish precast panels, aluminium glazing, and insulated roof panel. The ground floor office space spans 598.40m², while the first floor covers 601.60m², offering ample room for Fulton Hogan’s operations.
Despite the challenges of construction, including the need to maintain Fulton Hogan’s operations from the premises throughout the build, the project was successfully delivered on time. The development includes 87 parking spaces and carefully planned landscaping to enhance the site’s aesthetic and functionality.
Form worked closely with the client to ensure the final design met their needs, incorporating aesthetic features such as customised splashbacks which were gifted to the client, and a striking artwork on the building frontage by renowned street artist Mr G, adding a unique visual element to the building.
The result is testament once again to Form’s commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused projects.
