Following a competitive tender process, Form was engaged by the client under a two-stage Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) arrangement to construct a large Countdown supermarket to meet the growing needs of Pokeno’s population.
Adhering to Countdown design standards, the new building was strategically designed for optimal workflow efficiencies. The client organised a distinct earthworks package, with various contractors engaged for specific tasks, demanding meticulous coordination for a smooth and safe project execution.
The external works, encompassing septic systems, canopies, trolley bays, loading bays, fencing and gates, were integral parts of Form’s responsibilities. Collaboration between all project stakeholders seamlessly progressed the venture from early design to successful completion.
