Form is leading the redevelopment of the BOC Gas & Gear facility on Great South Road, Penrose. The project has come with some challenges in the remodelling an old facility, however, collaboration with consultants and implementation of value engineering options has helped keep the project on track. With demolition nearly complete, the goal is to modernise the site into a state-of-the-art facility that meets current industry standards and future needs.
