Form secured the Contract for the remediation and construction of BOC Penrose through a traditional tender with the works comprising a refurbishment of the original office / warehouse & gas bottle shop.
Taking control of the Site in November 2024, Form managed various challenges with documentation & on-site conditions of the original build resulting in a re-design and programme. The high-risk nature of the adjacent gas plant facility required meticulous planning & detail, which was aligned with our high standards and collaborative approach.
The revised scope of works introduced new heavy trades such as Sandblasting, new blockwork & ultimately doubling the work required. Throughout the project, Form managed to deliver this with minimal fuss and to a high standard.
