Under this carpentry only agreement, Form undertook a subcontract with Fletcher Building for the construction of various components within the new Winstone Wallboards production facility in Tauriko, Bay of Plenty.

Spanning an impressive 120m in width and over 400m in length, this facility stands as the largest single-level building in New Zealand. Form’s responsibilities encompassed the construction of timber-framed roof elements, extensive internal gutters, a new administration office, dispatch office, production and pallet repair workshops, Gypsum storage building, standalone electrical rooms, and a modern laboratory.

Additionally, Form managed the installation of Exotec claddings, insulation, Gib and Seratone linings in key areas such as main offices, welfare facilities and main switchboard rooms.

Our team, which peaked at over 60 members during construction, also handled the installation of fire and standard doors. Throughout the project, we ensured the provision of necessary access solutions, employing EWPs, scaffolds, harnesses, and more to execute our scope effectively.
