We are proud to be delivering the roof-remediation project at Althorp Village in Tauranga, a complex, multi-stage project within a live retirement community. Delivered in close collaboration with the client, architect, and consultants, the project involves significant remediation across four phases. A standout feature is the country’s largest unsupported apex span for a temporary scaffold-wrapped roof, enabling safe, uninterrupted progress. Strong relationships and clear communication have been key to smooth delivery and momentum.
