Form was tasked with designing and constructing a two-storey building that included general classrooms, a library, art and science rooms, along with an adjacent single-level administration block. The completed project integrated seamlessly with the existing gymnasium.
A contemporary teaching block, spanning 645m², was built using concrete foundations, steel portal frames, blockwork and cladding, all topped by a steel roof. The 78m² single-level administration block connected to the two-storey main structure, featuring high-quality interior fitouts and an open-plan, spacious, and well-lit classroom environment.
Despite challenges posed by Covid-19 national lockdowns, the construction unfolded on the active school site. Form’s efficient management and transparent communication with the ACG minimised disruptions to school, ensuring the timely delivery of the Senior Learning Block.
