Form is proud to be delivering a five-storey extension at ACG Parnell College in central Auckland to support the school’s continued growth.
With no external site access and a zero-lot boundary on all sides, this complex project presents unique logistical challenges. Our team is navigating tight site constraints and high site congestion while coordinating the installation of structural steel, patterned precast panels, and ComFlor floor systems, alongside internal carpentry and building services.
Through just-in-time delivery and precise scheduling, we’re keeping the 61-week programme on track ensuring the new facility is ready for students by Term 1, 2026.
