THE BRIEF

The client’s vision was to offer stylish and practical townhouses to the central Tauranga market at an affordable price.

THE BUILD

The Park Terrace Apartments were constructed on the site of the old Tauranga Squash Club – a complex site to build on but in an excellent location. The townhouses were thoughtfully designed to maximize their use of space and offer options to the growing mid-market real estate segment.

The complex consists of 15 terrace houses of brick and Abodo Vulcan cladding, with double-glazed aluminum joinery. They were constructed over two levels, with each townhouse offering two bedrooms and a small outdoor living space.

THE OUTCOMES

The new townhouse complex is a fresh and modern addition to Tauranga's residential landscape. All were sold prior to completion of the project.
