With 30 years of extensive project development, pre-construction, design, delivery and operational expertise applied across numerous construction projects throughout New Zealand and Australia, Phil’s industry knowledge is unparalleled.

With formal qualifications in construction management and quantity surveying, Phil’s broad ranging skillset and in-depth exposure to all market sectors and types of construction has seen him work on projects in a variety of senior executive roles.  Since starting at Form in late 2018, Phil’s outstanding construction industry expertise has fast built him a reputation as an absolute legend - although he’s a humble man, so would never admit it!
