Andy Dew

Andy founded Form Building & Developments in 2007. He is passionate about fostering performance-oriented environments and forging meaningful industry relationships. He demonstrates a history of effecting change, achieving tangible outcomes and nurturing talent at the industry’s forefront. Alongside the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team, Andy is dedicated to fostering a sustainable safety culture within Form, driven by the conviction that each of us bears both personal and collective responsibility for safeguarding our health, safety, and overall wellbeing.

Phil Culbert

Phil has over 35 years of comprehensive experience throughout Australasia; his industry knowledge is unparalleled. Phil has held various senior executive roles, delivering results at both governance and operational levels. His approachable and pragmatic demeanour forms a solid foundation for business surety, performance, and superior results for our clients. Phil holds qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, and is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise to develop the Form team and grow the industry.

Sean Garde

Sean is a highly accomplished and seasoned Commercial Director with over 25 years of international experience. Sean leverages his extensive background to provide commercial support and directs comprehensive commercial controls to ensure our projects are seamlessly executed and commercially successful. Sean maintains rigorous standards and, with integrity, emphasises positive collaboration as the key to getting the best results for our clients. Sean holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and leads by positively engaging with clients, the supply chain and colleagues, to deliver successful outcomes.

Preconstruction Manager

Will Fielding

Will brings over 17 years of construction experience and a respected military background to his role as Preconstruction Manager. Since joining Form in 2023 as a Project Manager, he has stood out for his strategic thinking, clear communication, and ability to foster strong relationships with clients and teams alike. His leadership and technical expertise, along with a strong commitment to quality, have earned him the respect of his colleagues. Will’s earlier service as a Royal Marines Commando instilled in him the resilience and calm, solutions-focused approach he brings to every project.

Shannon Hannah

Shannon is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience spanning boutique and Big Four firms. She brings a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to her role at Form, since joining in 2022. Shannon has an excellent understanding of the commercial construction industry and plays a key role in streamlining company finance to support project delivery and business objectives. Recognised for her efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, she is a self-motivated team player with a strong reputation for getting things done.

Geoff Butler

Geoff has accumulated substantial industry expertise over three decades of domestic and international experience. His practical background equips him with the essential skills to lead Form’s carpentry team to meet our rigorous standards. Geoff oversees Form’s carpentry workforce, ensuring the delivery of highly skilled and trained labour tailored to project requirements. He collaborates closely with all to guarantee a high-quality project delivery model, whilst maintaining our strong team culture.

Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

Amanda Bell

With over 15 years of dedicated expertise in championing health, safety and environmental aspects, Amanda manages health and safety to guarantee the wellbeing of our employees, clients, subcontractors and visitors across all of our construction sites. Amanda provides both technical and administrative guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters demonstrating passion and proficiency in cultivating a positive culture that enhances effective health, wellbeing, and safety management.

Leanne Vaile

Leanne brings over 11 years of HR experience and more than a decade at Form, developing a strong understanding of the construction industry and the people within it. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and 15+ years in payroll, she combines technical expertise with a people-first approach. Leanne values genuine relationships and communicates confidently at all levels of the business. Positive, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve, she plays a key role in fostering Form’s team and culture.
