THE BRIEF

To create a state of the art office space and coolstore in an emerging Kiwifruit area. Construction to take place in Opotiki, providing a much-needed space for the growing demands in the region.

THE BUILD

A modern design, encompassing 2,000 sqm of office, 1,600 sqm of cool storage, 360 sqm of canopy lean to and a box making area. The building includes spacious offices, and a well-equipped kitchen and canteen facility for staff.

THE OUTCOMES

Form Building & Developments have a longstanding relationship with OPAC, having previously completed stages 1 and 2 of this development. This was another project completed on time and to a high standard.

OPAC employees have been provided with fantastic facilities and the new building has been designed with efficiency in mind, thereby streamlining the recruitment process.
