If our people are our DNA then our projects are what defines us. The end result of all the hard work, approach and application of our expertise. With fast-paced growth in the commercial sector, we’re proud of the growing list of projects with Form’s name on them.

The Brief

Form was engaged by the client under a two-stage ECI arrangement following a competitive tender process. The objective is to build a large Countdown supermarket to service the growing population of Pokeno.

The Build

The completely new building follows Countdown design guidelines and has been carefully planned to optimise workflow efficiencies.

The client has arranged a separate earthworks package and separate contractors will be enlisted for some of the works. These activities will need to be carefully coordinated to ensure the project runs smoothly and safely.

External works, such as septic systems, canopies, trolley bays, loading bays, fencing and gates are all included in the contractor works.

The Outcomes

All project stakeholders collaboratively worked to progress the project from early stage design to the construction phase. This phase is currently underway and progressing as programmed.
