THE BRIEF

The Body Corporate engaged Form on a design & build basis for the recladding and remediation of the six-townhouse complex in Mount Maunganui.

THE BUILD

The entire complex is to be wrapped for the duration of works and will undergo an extensive reclad. Cladding will consist of a lightweight concrete facade system, Nu-Wall vertical and horizontal aluminium weatherboards. The building shape will be modernised in the process.

THE OUTCOMES

The extent of the remediation could not be uncovered until the existing cladding was removed. Form have communicated with the client throughout the process and have worked to preserve structures where possible. A large hard-working team has been assigned to the project to ensure it is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
