The Form team in Auckland are looking for someone to fill a Services Coordinator position. This will suit someone with some experience in the services area, knowledge of commercial construction, and a positive attitude who can self-manage themselves.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the coordination of services across Form projects
- Assist with the design scope and document review
- Identify discrepancies and mitigate risks associate with services
- Liaise with all subcontractors and other construction professionals
- Ensure all building services meet health and safety requirements and environmental legislation
- Any other tasks related to the services of our builds
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have an engineering qualification
- At least 2 years experience in construction
- Hold a current full NZ Driver License
