Our industry loses at least one person every week to suicide. Form are proud partners of Mates in Construction and together we are working to reverse these terrible statistics. Achieving Mates accreditation on our sites ensures a resilient framework for raising awareness, monitoring mental health and fostering open discussion. We proudly display the Mates in Construction flag on our sites, promoting positive wellbeing in both our professional and personal environments and reminding anyone who is struggling that we have the tools to offer help and support.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION
NAWIC
The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) serves as the leading champion for women in the construction sector. We actively endorse NAWIC membership, fostering opportunities for our staff to connect and share insights with fellow female professionals in the industry, contributing to the enhancement of the construction sector as a whole. Through events that emphasise both technical and professional development, women are educated and empowered to pursue, establish and thrive in fulfilling careers within the construction industry.

As a centralised, mobile platform for construction project management, Procore enhances operational efficiency by allowing us to track progress, schedules and budgets in real-time. Procore offers a robust document management system, making it easier to store, share and collaborate on project documents, drawings and critical files improving communication, streamlining processes and aiding in the successful delivery of our projects.
NZ INSTITUTE OF BUILDING
We actively encourage and endorse professional membership of the New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB). NZIOB promotes excellence within the construction sector, raising both standards and productivity. Serving as a representative voice, NZIOB advocates on behalf of the construction industry, fosters research and innovation, engagement with government and ensures quality through ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events offered to its industry professionals.
NZ INSTITUTE OF QUANTITY Surveyors
We actively support and promote our quantity surveyors’ affiliation with the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS), underscoring our commitment to excellence in the construction industry. NZIQS serves as a bastion of professional standards, fostering ethical conduct and exemplary work practices through its comprehensive code of conduct. Emphasising quality in both services and construction products, NZIQS ensures that our professionals adhere to the highest standards.
Amotai
Amotai serves as a platform tailored to support companies like Form in broadening our supplier network. Through our Amotai membership, we gain entry to a comprehensive directory of Maori and Pasifika-owned businesses, enabling us to pinpoint Maori/Pacific Island subcontractors for project pricing.
CSSP
At Form, we utilise the CSSP accounting package as the cornerstone for financial management across all our projects. This integrated tool seamlessly administers both head and subcontracts, establishing a unified financial framework throughout our projects. CSSP facilitates the streamlined management of diverse financial components, ensuring efficiency from project initiation to completion.
Master Builders
Being a Registered Master Builder signifies excellence and professionalism within the construction sector, signalling to our clients and stakeholders that Form maintains high standards of craftsmanship and ethical conduct. Additionally, membership grants individuals access to a wealth of industry insights, best practice and technical proficiency, along with opportunities for training and development aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team.
