THE BRIEF

Situated in a premium and central Mount Maunganui location, the client's brief was to create a brand-new commercial and retail building, architecturally designed and catering for existing and new businesses.

THE BUILD

The existing building was demolished and temporary accommodation was set up in the adjoining carpark for the Eves Real Estate business. The building consists of an interesting mixture of claddings, including vertical Slimline Mini Corrogate, Nuwall and Innowood. Precast panels were extensively used and large glazed areas offer views out to the surrounding public spaces. The premium building houses upmarket restaurants, retail spaces and the new Eves corner office site.

THE OUTCOMES

Thanks to our extremely hardworking and innovative team, the building was completed to programme which was important for this time-critical project. The client is completely satisfied with their experience with our exceptional site and management team.
