Project Overview

Reclad and refurbishment of a 3-storied classroom block comprising 12 classrooms and 3 central study areas.

The Build

This contract commenced on the top storey, remediating the roof first then working downward. Ground and first floors were occupied whilst the third storey and roof were completed. As each floor was completed it was handed back to the school for full utilisation. The planning and logistics involved to manage reoccupation this way was significant.

Outcomes

This contract was completed on time and on budget
