Project Overview

Remediation and re-clad of the school's two-storey administration building.

The Brief

Full encapsulation of the building to enable the continuation of works in all weather. The project included rebuilding all damaged areas and installing new cladding.

The Build

This job was complex with a large steel support structure being added into the building along with the remediation of the existing building. This was compounded by structural issues with the foundations, through to the re-routing of a large number of services.

Outcomes

A high level of communication throughout this project ensure that all parties were happy with the final outcome.
