Project Overview

A stylish and sleek three-storey home designed to appreciate the fantastic sea views, with three decks to move around on to suit prevailing winds.

The Build

The exterior comprises plaster, aluminium cladding, glass and louvers. Colours are neutral with a combination of greys, forming a strong, sleek finish.

Extensive flashing and gutter systems, essential for a house exposed to the sea and elements, are hidden and significant effort went into bringing the lines and heights together to ensure all details are sleek and stylish.

The ground floor consist of rumpus room, laundry, triple car garage, water feature and entry overbridge. The mid floor caters for bedrooms, bathrooms and family room. The top floor consists of living areas which open out onto two separate large decks which take in the views and are an integral part of this summer house style of living.

Decks are completed by an immaculate stainless steel and glass balustrade system which includes the hidden gutter system.
