How much will it cost to fix up my home?

You are in  total control of your budget and Form will work within your set budget. Building costs today vary greatly and the difference being determined by many different factors including materials you choose, design, difficulty of construction on your site, etc.


Part of the preliminary design phase is to take you through a process that will help you start to define some of these key factors so that a narrower range can be determined and presented to you.

What sort of disruption could I expect while you do the repair work?

If not at first obvious, it may be necessary for you to temporarily vacate your home while the remedial work is being done. This will only be done if Form thinks it would be in your best interests to do so. This maybe for health and safety reasons or that some services to your home maybe disrupted or shut down during some stages of the work.

Does Form have the expertise for leaking building type of work?

Yes, your project will be assigned your personal Project Manager and a team of Craftsmen and Carpenters will do the bulk of the building work. Presferred product and service suppliers will be subcontracted for specialist tasks throughout the project and these people will be managed by the Form team.

How do you help support any legal action that maybe taken with the original contractors?

As a matter of course, Form will be taking regular photohgraphs and making notes of our findings throughout the project. Form understands the importance of excellent record keeping when there is a possibility of legal action against contractors that originally built your home.

If I choose to upgrade during the remedial work, how do you account for the separate types of work?

This will be negotiated prior to work commencing and costs will be separated during the project. This is a common request as it is a very opportune time to make upgrades to your home.
