THE BRIEF

To construct a quality trade unit industrial development in a highly sought after Mount Maunganui location. 

THE BUILD

The project consisted of 12 unit-titled tenancies with a build size of 1,100sqm plus associated yard works. 

THE OUTCOMES

The 12 units were completed on time and to a high standard. All were sold prior to completion.
