THE BRIEF

The client wished to design and construct the maximum sqm of industrial units on the available land size, taking into consideration parking and traffic turning restrictions. Roller door heights and low maintenance materials were a big driver.

THE BUILD

Trade unit building comprising of ten 50m² units and one 132m² unit. The 50m² unit sizes were selected as this model negated the requirement for accessibility and additional fire protection measures.

The building is externally covered in Coloursteel cladding to walls and roof, with precast concrete walls to the boundaries and intertenancy walls.

THE OUTCOMES

A very happy client who was trialling the “Form Build” model and is now looking at further developments with Form following the same process.
