THE BRIEF

To construct a brand new Stihl Shop mixed retail and workshop in a prominent location. Multiple building uses to include a large retail frontage, a workshop at the rear, offices, plus areas for storage and wash downs.

THE BUILD

A purpose-built site near The Base Shopping Centre with a prominent location, facilities for a premium retail experience and the practicalities of parking and office spaces.

Construction was of high quality pre-cast concrete panels complemented by an aluminium and glass shop front.

THE OUTCOMES

The customer-centric focus of Stihl Shop Te Rapa is facilitated by the brand new build, offering a premium customer experience and facilities for staff. The project was delivered successfully on time, within budget and to a high level of client satisfaction.
