THE BRIEF

To achieve a value build without compromising aesthetics, finishing and the general quality of build.

THE BUILD

A 1,600m2 industrial development incorporating 19 individual unit titled tenancies and associated external works.

THE OUTCOMES

A stand-out amongst many of its type in the new Tauriko Industrial area, completed in January 2017. 90% of units were sold prior to completion.
