Project Overview
To build a 3-storey, architecturally designed home situated on Mount Maunganui’s prestigious Ocean Beach Road. The process involved demolition of the existing home through to turnkey with planting, landscaping, and full home dressing.
The Brief
To work closely with the client to integrate new ideas from client and builder, to bring the plans to life and form a lovely multi-generational home.
The Build
The build involved an innovative approach to get the most out of the dual seaside site. Making the most of the light, and ocean views, these houses are a culmination of Forms design and build experience, offering the best of both. Featuring functional patio, deck, designer kitchen, and 3-storey lift installation capabilities.
Form offered great value through providing ideas and details to the owner, from which two choices were made and integrated into the plans.
Outcomes
A beautiful large seaside home with high end completion, happy clients and a home to be proud of.
