Our People

Andy has been involved in the building industry since 1994. Having served his time as an apprentice builder in Tauranga, through to managing construction projects, Andy has a sound understanding of the construction process from top to bottom.

Andy’s primary role is in the marketing and sales functions of Form. This role involves the process of informing Form’s target market about what it does and how, while assisting clients who want to build their dream homes to get under way.

Julie joined the team in 2006 bringing many years experience in office and business administration. She enjoys being involved in the construction industry with its varied and interesting activity. She is “proud to be part of a happy and enthusiastic bunch with positive attitudes”.

Julie’s role is to run the administration and financial aspects of the Company.

Mark has 22 years of experience in the construction business and joined the team in 1993.

Mark is constantly seeking challenges for personal growth and development and uses his passion for the industry to manage and control the delivery of Form’s products and services to exacting standards on every project in which he has a role.

Trevor has 25 years experience in the building industry. Trevor served his apprenticeship in the Tauranga region before spending time in Australia before returning to join the team in 1994.

Trevor’s aim is to manage each building project smoothly and efficiently and making the whole process an enjoyable experience for all involved.

Nathan has had extensive experience in the building trade, having worked in construction here in New Zealand, in Australia, Canada and the U.S.  He joined the Form team in 2005.

Nathan’s role is to manage all aspects of his assigned project and to lead the project team to ensure client’s expectations are met throughout the project.

Vaughan is a fully qualified builder with 14 years building experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Vaughan joined the team in 2005.

Vaughan’s focus is on ensuring clients receive professional advice and service. He is also driven to getting the best from his team, delivering world class results throughout the entire build process.

Paul completed his apprenticeship in 1997 and was placed 2nd in the New Zealand youth skills competition in 1996. Paul joined the Form team in 2004.

Paul’s aim is to work closely with his fellow team mates to strive for excellence in all building projects and to seek consistent and continual improvements in managing projects.

Graham has been in the building industry since 1958. He served his apprenticeship in Wellington, then worked on architecturally designed homes before moving to Tauranga in 1980 and joining the Form team in 1994.

Graham’s aim is to offer his knowledge and skills to ensure clients are consulted and receive professional advice and service.

Jeremy has been in the building trade since 1994, being involved in the construction of many unique and quality residential constructions. Jeremy joined Form in 2007.

Jeremy’s goal is to manage his projects, to surpass clients expectations and produce a quality product, that all involved in can be proud of.
