Project Overview
A modern contemporary styled beach home maximising its half site and location and designed for ease of living and entertaining.
The Brief
The client wanted a comfortable contemporary home which had the feel of a beach house.
The Build
Attention to detail was given throughout the entire project and in this respect the client felt their expectations were exceeded.
Outcomes
Although a little over the budget the client was happy that the design and level of finish was on par and that Form negotiated with suppliers at every opportunity in order to reduce the cost of some items.
