Mount Maunganui Turnkey

Project Overview

To build a 3-storey, 500m² architecturally designed home situated on the Mount Maunganui Golf Course. The process involved demolition of the existing home through to turnkey with planting, landscaping, swimming pool and full home dressing.

The Brief

To work closely with the client to integrate new ideas from client and builder, to bring the plans to life and form a lovely family home.

The Build

The build was very involved due to large ground tanking project for basement/wine cellar. While the house was being built, the pool, exterior landscaping, block walls, block fencing, driveway and patio areas were integrated into the design with flush indoor-outdoor concrete patios and secret gutters.

Form offered great value through providing ideas and details to the owner, from which to choices were made and integrated into the plans.
