Project Overview
A cape cod style design and build.
The Brief
To utilise the small 286m² site and take full advantage of the north facing vista to the adjacent park. Client requested nice living and outdoor spaces, three bedrooms and a double garage.
The Build
The build was straightforward given prior planning. It was programmed prior to start date and was very swift in completion.
Outcomes
A full turnkey project including interior fitout, exterior grounds, driveway, landscaping and staging for resale. Feedback was great and the house sold swiftly at auction.
