Form Managers are the key project contacts between all parties including subcontractors.  They hold pivotal responsibility for the commercial management of cost, quality, time, information on the project and ensuring project delivery on time and on budget.

Form manage site works, identify and respond to hazards and ensure projects are built to specifications and comply with the latest building code.  They are responsible for quality assurance and ensuring the client receives value for money for a quality product.

Andy Dew

Andy Dew

Position: Director

Andy has been involved in the building industry for over 20 years. Having served his time as an apprentice builder in Tauranga, through to managing construction projects, Andy has a sound understanding of the construction process from top to bottom.

Andy’s primary role is in the marketing and sales functions of Form. Andy’s focus is on building relationships with potential business partners, with a view to a mutually beneficial working relationship in the future where Form can play a key role in turning a client’s vision into reality.

In his time spent outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, diving, fishing and keeping fit.

Shannon Moyle

Shannon Moyle

Position: Director

Shannon Moyle has been involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years. Shannon completed his apprenticeship with Moyle Construction in Tauranga before training in onsite project management. Perfection is Shannon’s number one goal with systems and great people being his primary motivators.

Shannon’s role is to lead the Form team to consistently exceed set annual business goals and build Form into a business that is considered to be one of the best in the industry.

When Shannon is not at work, he loves spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys diving, fishing, travelling and has a passion for classic cars.

Tim Waddell

Tim Waddell

Position: General Manager (Auckland)

Tim began his career in the early 90’s as a Quantity Surveyor working in Auckland. From there he travelled overseas and during this time he managed several large scale contracts. More recently Tim spent time in senior management roles in Australia, working on billion dollar natural gas projects.

Tim’s key areas of proficiency and experience include value engineering/design management, procurement, commercial/contracts management of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, and developing client relationships.

Outside of work Tim enjoys water sports, running, travelling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

John Abercrombie

John Abercrombie

Position: Construction Manager (Auckland)

John has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years having graduated with a BSc in Building Engineering & Management in 1996.

After spending a number of years in London working on large commercial and residential inner-city projects he moved to New Zealand in 2004 to further develop his construction and management skills.

John’s management style focuses on solutions, motivating through example and having an open and honest approach to communications. His strengths lie in developing a good team ethic and setting the professional standards to deliver a high quality product to the end user.

In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his young family and keeping active.

Craig McCullough

Craig McCullough

Position: General Manager (BOP/WKT)

Craig began his career in 1995 as an apprentice carpenter. He quickly progressed from apprentice, to carpenter, foreman, and site manager before becoming a project manager in his mid-twenties. His previous experience includes time working in Australia and for large commercial contractors throughout the North Island, before arriving at Form in 2015.

Craig has been managing large value projects since his mid-twenties, further showing his aptitude. Craig has a sound understanding of building projects and construction processes from top to bottom, making him the ideal leader on your construction project.

Craig's hobbies and interests include hunting, spear fishing and family camping.

Craig McVicar

Craig McVicar

Position: Commercial Manager

Following the completion of  his Bachelor of Construction Economics in Auckland, Craig has been fortunate to hold a number of roles both locally and in Dubai, Oman and Brisbane. During this time Craig has gained valuable experience as a quantity surveyor as well as valuable procurement and estimating experience.  

Originally joining the team as a Contracts manager, Craig was appointed as the Commercial Manager in November 2014. Craig's responsibilities include quantity surveying, estimating and supporting all areas of the business.

Outside of work Craig enjoys being a father, watching the premier league, playing soccer and hanging by the beach.

Glenn Temple

Glenn Temple

Position: Construction Manager

Glenn began his career in the industry in 1989 as an apprentice carpenter within the residential sector. Achieving trade and advanced trade certification, he progressed from apprentice to site manager by his early 20’s.

A move to the Bay of Plenty in 1994, and the challenge of larger more complex projects offering the chance to work with some of Tauranga’s largest construction companies drove Glenn’s change to the commercial sector.  Glenn was invited to join the Form team in 2016 and, in his experience, believes the key to a successful project is creating a collaborative team with open communication.

Glenn’s enjoys fishing, hunting and various other outdoor activities along with time spent at the beach with his family.

Sarah Ross

Sarah Ross

Position: Operations Manager

Having previously worked for large multi-nationals in New Zealand and overseas, Sarah’s primary focus at Form is to ensure organisational effectiveness through the development, implementation and management of organisational strategies, policies and practices.  

Sarah has had a lifelong passion for systems and organisation. Great systems have a positive impact on the bottom line, they allow employees to work more efficiently and make client/business partner interactions more effective and pleasurable for all involved.  Sarah is motivated by constant improvement and believes that superior systems and processes are one of the key things which set a great company apart from the rest.

In her spare time Sarah loves running, doing yoga, reading and spending quality time with her young family.

Cameron Young

Cameron Young

Position: Project Manager

Cameron has 20 years’ experience within the construction industry with extensive involvement in delivering projects across all sectors. He has a proven track record of leading teams within construction projects to ensure they are delivered to the highest quality and within budget.

Cameron is committed to building client and team relationships and to being actively involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle to ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

Outside of work Cameron enjoys spending quality time with his family, competing in triathlons and snowboarding.
