Project Overview

A new home on a wide section where main living areas and the master bedroom enjoy grandstand water views of the Tauranga harbour entrance, Mount Maunganui and Matakana, golf course and the Port of Tauranga.

The Build

This 360m² home incorporates the benefits of an apartment as well as advantages of a full-sized house. It features a double garage, huge downstairs workroom, a full sized, three spacious bedrooms, and an office, generous storage, ample off-street parking, plus garden and lawn.

A wide staircase leads to the upper level and an office cum sewing room, master bedroom, main living, toilet, and laundry. A sweeping asphalt driveway winds around the house to a double garage on the same level as the main living level.

A sloping roofline continues beyond the lounge, through over-sized ranch sliders to the tiled deck, where nearly all of the outside area is covered. There are wing walls at the end of this deck to create privacy from neighbours and block out any prevailing winds.

Outcomes
