Project Overview

Addition of master suite, internal alterations and new kitchen, along with new floor coverings and interior paint.

The Brief

The client requested a fourth bedroom as well as a functional living area and kitchen encompassing a good indoor/out door flow.

The Build

As the build was carried out in a heritage zone the addition had to be made in such a manner as to keep with the age and style of the neighbourhood. The project was completed while the clients were living overseas which required a high level of communication which involved supplying the client with weekly videos, emails and making regular phone calls.

Outcomes

A stunning home that both the customer and Form are very happy with. The project was completed both on time and to budget.
