Project Overview

Remediation and re-clad of the school's two-storey administration building.

The Brief

Full encapsulation of the building to enable the continuation of works in all weather. The project included rebuilding all damaged areas and installing new cladding along with a completely new roof.

The Build

A large and complex building, with lots of different angles. This project threw up a number of extra complex structural issues that added to the time line of the project. All these extras were overcome with good communication between the members of the project team and smart thinking.

Outcomes

This project was completed on time and on budget under extreme pressures on both fronts and Form were very proud of their staff and how they lifted their game to hit the targets set.
